A one-stop solution for everything a premium brand needs. Obviously, this also means all fulfillment activities and processes. Our newly built warehouse started to operate by the end of 2020 and offers up to 500 pallet spaces. Our motivated logistics team ensures a fast and efficient flow of goods and is aware of the unique requirements for transporting high-end audio technology. Extensive relationships with all major logistic companies and courier services enable fast delivery times and flexible delivery options. Additionally, we offer deliveries directly to the product location or on-site.
All this is being managed by our qualified back office team, ensuring fast order processing and offering our partners and customers a personal point of contact. Thus, fast, flexible, and successful order management is being guaranteed.

Further, we hold an extensive stock of replacement parts to ensure fast repairs and efficient maintenance of our products and minimize downtimes.
